 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 20 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me well. The car makes a clicking noise when I turn the wheel.

 | I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought my car in for the water pump and to fix the seat. It took about four hours to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I definietly paid a fair price. It can`t be beat. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. The staff are the best. They are all friendly. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Rick was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took about five hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has issues now and will be in the shop tommorrow morning. Overall I would rate this experinece positive.

 | I own a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took a little over half an hour to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The custoemr service is always great. I have never had any problems with anyone there. Currently the car needs struts and shocks. There also seems to be some sort of issue with the transmission, but whenever I try to call to talk to someone about it I cannot get through. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. I had my vehicle serviced for a heater issue, and also to have the oil changed. The heat issue was fixed quickly, however the oil change was never completed at my home dealership. My services were covered under warrenty, and I recieved the paperwork when the service was done; that is how I became aware of the fact that the oil change was not completed. The staff is ok at the store I have chosen to drive further to, I do not like the local store; I have had nothing but problems there. The car is doing fine, but i`m having some issues with the door panels coming off. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be negative; I have had too many issues with my dealerhsip, and both times I have tried to have recurring issues taken care of, I have been let down by my store.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. I brought my car in to get the oil changed, and the windows fixed. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I used a coupon. I received a receipt. The staff were perfect as far as customer service. My car is running great today. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was wonderful, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. Amber was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

 | I own a 1996 Pontiac Montana. I brought my car in because there was a leak in the anti-freeze and to have it winterized. It took less than twenty four hours. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price for it. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was excellent. Currently the tires need to be balance and there is something wrong with the coolant system. I wish they would have found out this stuff the last time I brought it in. Overall thought my experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Escort. My overall experience was neutral due to another factor. My vehicle was brought in for service because I had an oil change. It took twenty minutes to complete this service. I did get a receipt. My car needs an alignment and my wheel shakes. The staff overall was good.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Astro. I had my vehicle in for service because the engine was malfunctioning, and the gas pedal felt like it was not working properly. The service was done same day, it was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved a receipt at the completion of the service. THe staff was good, and the vehicle is doing fine, and I like how good it is doing on gas! All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

The customer service was very good. The car is doing ok today but the heater is broke. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Dave and he was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with my car now. It does lose gas very fast. I was approved the same day.
