 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. I brought it in for an oil change. It was there for half the day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was nice and the epxerience was neutral but I have no recommendations on how it could have been better.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It was in the shop for 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

It was not under warranty but from what I understand, the price was reasonable. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were fine. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in for the evec line dealing with the new fuel pump. It took about an hour to an hour and a half to fix. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was great, Max and Portland helped me out and were really nice. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

My vehicle is doing good today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE 88. I brought my car in for the alternator. It took about seven hours to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but they set me up on a payment plan. I have not received paperwork yet because it is being mailed to me. The customer service was fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because I keep having problems with the car.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. I bought my car from Clarance, and he was great. It took me awhile to get approved for the car I wanted but I was approved. The car was in ok condition when I got it, and I am not having any problems at this time. I am getting it checked out now though because I bought it late at night and couldnt really check it. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. I brought it in for a new windshield wiper. I had to pay for it, but I thought it was covered so I wasn`t aware I had to pay. I did get a receipt but I have some more problems right now with the car starting, and the heat isn`t working. I talked to them about it already but I haven`t had a good schedule yet to be able to bring it yet. The staff there was pretty good and they helped me a lot. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Montana. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center for a power steering pump. The work was done in less than two days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great, and my van is running alright now.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was negative due to them not telling me everything up front and waiting until I sit down and sign papers. My car was clean on the inside when I first got it. I have no owners manual with my car. Carla wss my salesperson and she was okay. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for an oil change and a couple other things. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt and the customer service was absolutely wonderful. There are no problems with my car now.
