    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Tony and he is a good salesperson. I was approved right away when I went in and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. My salesperson was Cheryl. She and the other employees did a great job. I was approved the same day. My car was in great condition when I got it, they had to fix the breaks and the tail lights and the hatch lock and they fixed it for me. My car is doing great today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Mercury Mountainee. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sean and he was wonderful. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with my car now, and I was approved the same day.

There are no problems with my car now, and I was approved the first day on the condition that I put a down payment on the car.

    I own a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. My salesman`s name was Jim. He was quite good. He was pleasant and I was very well informed. He was a good guy. The car was in emaculate condition when I bought it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was very positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new fuel pump put on it. They had my car in the shop for about one day and while I was there the staff members treated me very well. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running very well for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Randall and he was really good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I think I might need a tune up. I was not approved the same day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because it had a lot of problems. They never figured out what was wrong with my car. The vehicle is under warranty, and I did not receive a receipt. The staff were good as far as customer service. My car still has problems. Overall my experience was neutral, because I do not like my car.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for service because it was running hot. They kept it for one day to work on it. I was charged and it was not reasonable. The staff overall were great. I currently have no problems with the car now.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in because it was making some noise. It was in the shop for about four hours. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently the car is making a different noise. I have not called about it yet, but I will. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. I took my car in because it just stopped working. I had to pay but the price was reasonable. I recieved paperwork for the service. I`m going to have to take the vehicle back but I expected to. I have had the same problem since I got the vehicle. The staff was cool. My overall experience was neutral becauase the car was in the shop for two week and it still has problems.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I took my car in for an oil change, the gears were hard to shift, the motor felt like it was jumping, and there was a roaring sound in the back axel. My vehicle was there for a week and the only thing they did was change the oil. They said they couldn`t find anything else that was wrong with it. The car is doing bad today. I took it into another shop to see if anything was wrong with it and they said I need a transmission flush. JD Byrider would not do that for me. As for the customer service, the guys in the back were nice, but the girl at the window had an attitude. My overall experience was negative because the problems weren`t fixed and because they had my car for a week and the only thing they did to it was change the oil.

    I own a 2002 Jeep Cherokee. Josh was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in great shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was wondeful, and overall I would rate this experince positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. The vehicle has to be towed in because it was not running at all, and they had the vehicle one day to service it. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me fairly, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experinece positive.
