    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought it in for the blower motor. It was there for a few hours and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. There are n problems right now and the staff there was great. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 30 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was fine during my oil change, and I currently do not have any problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Caravan. I worked with Justin on the purchase of my vehicle; he was excellent, the vehicle was clean and in good condition, I was approved the same day for my purchase, and my vehicle is doing good today! I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it! I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in to get the power steering, and slay bar fixed. The service was completed in five days. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were wonderful at helping me. My car is running fine today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Venture. Oil change was the recent service performed on the vehicle, and I dont know how long it took for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems that I know of. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience has been positive. I don`t remember the name of my salesperson but I know he was a heavy set man that had a mustash and dar brown hair. He did a good job and he was nice. When I purchased the vehilce it was in good condition and it was clean. I don`t have any problems with the vehilce today. I was approved in the same day.

    I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Patricia was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in excellent condition when I received it. It took a couple of minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was excellent also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2008 Mercury Mountainee. Overall my experience has been positive. Sandy was the name of the salesperson that helped me that day and she did an excellent. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition and it was also very clean. The vehcile seems to be running fine today. I was also approved in the same day that I came in.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle was leaking anti-freeze, and it was do to the water pump. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork upon the completion of service. The customer service was good during the service of my vehicle, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. I just want to say that I have notice that your customer service has dramatically improved over the time that I have been comming to you guys.

    I own a 2004 Mercury Marquis. Overall my experience was positive. My water pump went out, so my vehicle was in the shop for about five hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2008 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Randall and he was very good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now, and I was not approved the same day.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Ram. I brought my car in because it was making a noise in the transmission. It was in the shop overnight. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car has another problem, but it is going back in the shop on Monday. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the starter went out. The service was completed quickly, and I was very happy about that. The car was still under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were very good as far as customer service. My car is doing fabulous today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. I took my car in for an oil change and to get the brake light fixed. The service was completed quickly. I didn`t pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The customer service was alright. The vehicle is doing alright today. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I had my car in for service because the tire came off the rim while I was driving! The service was done quickly for me, and the service was covered under my warrenty, and I recieved paperwork when the service was completed. The staff was really nice; they listened to the things I had to saw, and they helped me get the problem resolved, because I had initially taken the car into a place close to where the blowout occured, and I felt the Byrider folks were more honest with the repairs that were needed for my vehicle. He (I call my car a he!) is running fine today, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.
