 | I own a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 10 or 15 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there is really nice. The experience has been positive.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condiiton when I first got it. I currently have no issues with the car now. Joe was my salesperson and he was excellent. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 20 minutes. The customer service was good during my oil change, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork upon the completion of service.

 | I own a 2006 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. I purchased my vehicle from Rich who was great. The vehicle was neat and in good condition and I don`t have any problems with it. It took about 3-4 hours for me to get the vehicle but that was because I had to leave to go and get stuff to bring back to them. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. I had my vehicle in for service to have the radiator replaced. The service was done quickly, was covered, and I recieved the paperwork after the service was complete. The staff was really nice, and my vehicle is running well. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Escort. I brought it in because it wouldn`t start. It was as problem with the timing chain and belt. It was there for almost a week. I payed for part of it and I did get a receipt. The transmission is still feeling like it is slipping, and the car keeps wanting to die. I think it might be a gas issue so I am going to see about that first before I call. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.

The staff members treated me very well while I was there and they had my car done fast for me. The work done was paid for and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was fair for me. Today my car is running alright for me.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. Donte was my salesperson and he was pretty friendly outside of refusing to give us the prices of the vehicles. I was approved first day and there have been no problems with the vehicle at all. The only thing I didn`t like was the fact we couldn`t get the prices of the cars right away.

 | I own a 2000 Chrysler LHS. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in just for a check up. I thought that the service was completed quickly for me. The vehicle was not under warranty so I had to pay , but the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The vehilce is running fine today. The staff was really nice when it came to customer service.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 SATURN Other. I purchased my car from the older man. He was fine as far as customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I received it. My car broke down the other day on the road. I was approved the same day. Overall my experience has been negative because of all the problems with the car.
