    I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. I took the car to the service center because it was pulling to the right. They told me that they had to replaced the barrings so they had to order the part. I didnt get the car back till that following day. I didnt have to pay anything for the work that was done, but I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. the staff treated me fine. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Ford Contour. Overall my experience was very positive. I had my tire rods replaced two months ago, and one of them broke, so I brought it in and they gave it back to me after a weekend. I didn`t have to pay for the service and I got a receipt. The staff did a very good job helping me. I have not had any other problems since I got the car back.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 Buick Regal. Overall, my experience was neutral because they didnt fix the problem. I brought the car in to have them check a sensor and replace hoses. It was serviced in three days and I had to pay. I`m not sure if it was a fair price or not, and I was given a receipt. I have no complaints about the customer service they didn`t fix the sensor. The service light is still on.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. I had my vehicle in for service because the engine was stalling, and running hot, and having issues shifting into gear. The service was done in about a day, and they even gave me a ride to work! The services that were covered under my warrenty I had them take care of, and I recieved paperwork for that work; not all of the issues with my vehicle could be covered under warrenty. The staff is straight; they were helpful and full of information for me. My car is still suffering from some of the issues, but I was informed of them, and plan to have them repaired. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2000 MAZDA MPV. The new vehicle that I recently purcahsed was in good condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me purchase it was Rick. It took a few hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and when I try to accelerate the vehicle hesitates. Overall I would rate this experience positiev.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I purchased my vehicle from Kevin and he was really good. His customer service was excellent. When I test drove the vehicle it was jerking and making some noises in the front end but I don`t have any problems now. It took me about 1 hour to be approved for my vehicle and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. My experience was positive. Gilbert was my salesperson. My truck was running well when I got it, but it wasn`t very clean. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The truck is making a strange noise when I start it up.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in because it cut off on me and it took two days to get the vehicle back. The price I paid for the part was not fair in my opinion because they didn`t fix it the first time. The vehicle is back in the shop now because they are putting the part in correctly now. I had to wait a week to get my vehicle back. I did get a receipt. Overall my experience was neutral because I had to wait a week for them to fix something they could`ve done right the first time.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center because the battery was bad. They did a good job getting the car back to me that same day. I didnt have to pay for anything htat was done, but they made sure I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me very good.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was done in about 30 minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really nice to me. I think that the car needs new brake pads.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Matt, and he provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. Currently the gas gauge moves around alot, so I am not sure how much gas I actually have. Also, sometimes the interior lights will not come on when I open the doors, but other than those things I love the car and it runs great.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was neutral because I am still having the same problem with the car. I took my car to the service center because there was a strange noise coming from the front right tire. The work was done in about two days. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. Georgia was awesome, but the rest of the service staff is stupid. The car is still making the same noise.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle windows would not roll up, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was alright during the service, and I do not have any further issues with my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Kareem and he was fabulous. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with my car now, and I was approved the same day.

I dropped the truck off at the shop, and the work was done in one day. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was very nice to me. The truck has been bogging down lately.
