 | I own a 1999 Pontiac GRAND AM G. I took my car in for the rack and pinion on the window. The car was in the shop for a day and a half. I didn`t have to pay anything but I did recieve paperwork. The car is doing good today but the window broke again so I have to take it back in. The customer service was alright. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 MAZDA Other. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Charlie. His service was really great. Besides my CD player not working, the car was in good condition and clean. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no other problems with my car at the moment

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was neutral, because there have been alot of problems with the vehicle and because it sometimes takes them a long time to do little work. I brought my vehicle in for a thermostat and spark plugs, and the service took about 2 hours. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me good. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I brought my car in for a tuneup. It took about 4 hours to fix everything. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff was real great. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and it was completed quckly. I had participated in a prior survey, and the oil change was free, and I recieved paperwork when the oil change was complete. The staff is always wonderful and friendly with me at my dealership, and the vehicle is doing good today. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new tire rod. The work was finished in a couple of hours. It was not under warranty but the price was fair. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were 100% great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I had a fuel pump was installed on my vehicle, and my vehicle was ready the next day. My vehicle is loud right now, and I think that it has to do with the exhaust system. The customer service was excellent during the time that my vehicle was in the shop. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paeperwork.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my expereince was positive. My battery cable had a short in it, so my vehicle was in the shop for a couple of hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was in the servcie department.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done fast for me and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running great for me.

 | I own a 1999 Chrysler LHS. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Sherry, and she provided excellent customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle, but it seems like it may need new brakes. I am not sure yet though, I am going to wait and see.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1997 Chrysler Sebring. I brought my car in for the third time because it wouldn`t start. It was in the shop for four days or so. It was under warranty this time. I don`t know if I got paperwork. The staff was fine as far as customer service. They left my radio not working and a light on in my car. Overall, my experience was negative because of all the problems.

They had my car in the shop for about three days and the staff members treated me good while I was there. My car was under warranty at the time and I did get a receipt with it. Today my car is running alright for me.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took close to an hour to get it back. The work was covered under warranty and I got a receipt for the service. The staff were excellent to me the whole time I had the vehicles there. I have not had any other problems recently. Overall my experience was positive.
