 | I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for the master cylinder, tire, cruise control, and cigarette lighter. The service took about 45 minutes, and they were able to fix everything but the cigarette lighter, which I will make an apointment for another time. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive any paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very good, and there are no other problems besides the cigarette lighter.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. I took my car in for the rack and pinion and the lights. The service was completed quickly. I did pay but the price was reasonable. I recieved paperwork for the service. The vehicle is doing real good today. The customer service was excellent. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I worked with Steve to get the vehicle and he treated me very well. I was approved right away the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it. I have not had any issues with the vehicle since I bought it.  | I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because of the gas pump and it was quickly serviced. I paid a fair price of $45 and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and there are no problems with my car now. good.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long. I tried getting it in eight times before but they could never get me in. I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car at this time. The girl at the front desk was real nice.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had my car in for service on the ignition, and the service was done quickly for me. The service was not covered under the warrenty, but the price was fair, and I recieved paperwork when the service was done. The staff is always wonderful; we have a good understanding, and the car is doing fine as of now. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive; it is always positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It did not take long at all. I had to pay for the oil change but it was reasonable. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were very nice and respectful. There are no problems with my car at this time except I think it might need a tune up.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience with getting the car was positive. I was approved for the car that same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it, but the check engine light is on. I had an appointment for Monday but I missed it because I had to work. I need to take it in though because the car tends to shift hard. My salesperson was Scott, and he was good.

 | I own a 1996 SATURN Other. My sales person was a girl who sat all the way in the back to the right. It was there for the whole day and the car was in good condition when I got it. There are some things wrong but I already told them about it. The staff ther was cool and the experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 SATURN Other. Overall my experience negative, becuase the staff will not provide a loaner car for my next service appointment. My vehicle was in the shop for about three or four days. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. Currently my vehicle needs an oil change, and I some thing is wrong with my radiator. I can not make it to the service department, becuase I can not go with out my vehicle. The staff will not give me a loaner car, so that I will not miss work during the time that my vehicle is in the shop.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an electrical problem, including problems with the horn, the brakes and the blinker. It was there for a day and a half and the service was covered because it has been previous problem. The staff there was polite and I did get a receipt. There are no problems now and the experience was positive.

The customer service was just fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Although, they forgot to put on one of the oil change stickers so I know when I need to have the next oil change done. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 MAZDA Protege. The vehicle that I recently purchased was in good condition when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Vashaun. It took a while for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was awesome, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was very positive. Rob was the salesperson that I worked with and he did a really good job. Rob treated me really well the whole time I was there. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I purchased it. I have not had a single issue with the vehicle since I drove the vehicle off of the car lot. I was approved the very first day that I went in.
