    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the brakes fixed, new rotors put in and a new starter installed. The price I paid was very fair and I got a receipt. The staff were very nice to me and I need to bring my vehicle in again soon to get the interior looked at.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. The vehicle was having brake issues, and having trouble shifting, and it is still there currently being serviced. The vehicle`s service should be under warranty, and I have not gotten a receipt yet because it`s still there. The staff is usually good, and the vehicle had no other problems with it. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire. The vehicle was recently brought in for shocks, and something else I forgot, and it was there all day from nine to just before six to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 SATURN SL. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Scott and one other guy and they were both very nice. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I walked in. I have not had a single issue with the vehicle since I bought it.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it showing the work that they did. Today my car is totaled out and I dont have it anymore.

    I own a 2002 Buick Century. My salsesperson was Mike. He and the other employees did a great job. I was approved the same day. My car was in alright condition when I got. My check engine light has came on other than that my car is running good. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN SL1. I brought it in for the belt tensioner. It was there for a couple of hours and the service was covered because it was the second time it had to go in. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was fine and the experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Joe and he was pretty good. My vehicle was clean when I bought it. There were some minor problems but they are scheduled to fix them soon. There are no other problems with my vehcicle now. I was approved the same day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase I still have the same problem with my vehicle. My vehicle front end was making a noise, and my vehicle wobbles. My vehicle was in the shop for one day. My service bill was, and I did not receive paperwork. My vehicle is making noise, and I do not know what is causing the problem. The service guy did not charge me for the work, because I had a good attitude during the long wait for service.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop for an oil change. It was a really quick oil change. I did not pay for the oil change. I did receive paperwork. The staff were good. I think I might need a tune up for my car--other than that my car is ok.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for a new battery. It was in the shop for 2 hours. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork. The staff were good. But I am having some traction issues and this will be like the second or third time I am bringing my car back for the same problem.

    I own a 2002 Buick Regal. I brought it in for a catalitic converter. It was there for a day and I had to pay for half of it. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was excellent and the experience was positive.

The staff were great at helping me. My car is still making a noise today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Nissan Sentra. Overall my experience was positive. Ryan was the salesperson that helped me get the vehicle and he was excellent with everything. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The CD player doesn`t work, a door is broken and the visor wasn`t connected and fell down the first day.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 30 minutes to get done. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for the oil change. The staff was ok. I had no problems. There is nothing wrong with my car now. Overall, my experience was positive.
