    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought the vehicle in to get the alternator changed and an oil change and I got it back the next day. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were friendly but they never called me back when I asked them to. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler Concorde. I think my salesman`s name was Anthony. I had just come in off the street and he was nice. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now I am noticing some things wrong. I tried to plug my phone charger in and it doesn`t work, the interior lights don`t work, and there is something rattling. Also I got my car Wednesday and when I went out in the morning Thursday my tire was completely flat. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was making funny noises and I got it back that same day. I got a receipt and it was under warranty. The staff were nice and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I bought a car from a man im not sure of his name. He was wonderful with helping me. The car was in good condition and clean when I received. it. The car is doing okay today, but I am going to bring it in monday because of a rumble sound. I wasn`t approved the same day, only because I had to go through alot of stuff. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. I brought my vehicle in because the vehicle was leaking oil and the oil light was on. I got it back in 20 minutes even though they told me 4 hours and I arranged a ride. The staff didn`t test drive the vehicle and I am still having the exact same problem. Overall my experience was negative because they didn`t fix the problem and didn`t make sure it was fixed.

    I own a 2001 Buick Regal. I think my salesman`s name was Josh. He was black. It was a busy day so he was running back and forth. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I called today because my check engine light is on. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in due to a sensor issue and it took about an hour to get the vehicle back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt before I left. The staff were great to me and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in because it was having a problem with the gears and I got it back in a day or two. I got a receipt but the price I paid was a bit too expensive. The staff did a good job and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral because the price was too high.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took maybe 20 minutes. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were great to me and the only other problem that I noticed is that the transmission seems to be a bit sticky.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I recently bought a car from Ricki. He was a 10 with helping me buy a car. My car was clean and in good condition when I bought it. I was approved the same day. It is running fine today. The only problem I had was that the engine light was on, and it ended up being a recall. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was very positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the catalytic convertor replaced and it took a day to get it back. It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were very good to me and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot.
