 | I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought the vehicle in to get the alternator changed and an oil change and I got it back the next day. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were friendly but they never called me back when I asked them to. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 Chrysler Concorde. I think my salesman`s name was Anthony. I had just come in off the street and he was nice. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now I am noticing some things wrong. I tried to plug my phone charger in and it doesn`t work, the interior lights don`t work, and there is something rattling. Also I got my car Wednesday and when I went out in the morning Thursday my tire was completely flat. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I bought a car from a man im not sure of his name. He was wonderful with helping me. The car was in good condition and clean when I received. it. The car is doing okay today, but I am going to bring it in monday because of a rumble sound. I wasn`t approved the same day, only because I had to go through alot of stuff. Overall my experience was positive.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. I brought my vehicle in because the vehicle was leaking oil and the oil light was on. I got it back in 20 minutes even though they told me 4 hours and I arranged a ride. The staff didn`t test drive the vehicle and I am still having the exact same problem. Overall my experience was negative because they didn`t fix the problem and didn`t make sure it was fixed.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in because it was having a problem with the gears and I got it back in a day or two. I got a receipt but the price I paid was a bit too expensive. The staff did a good job and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral because the price was too high.

The staff were great to me and the only other problem that I noticed is that the transmission seems to be a bit sticky.

It is running fine today. The only problem I had was that the engine light was on, and it ended up being a recall. Overall I had a positive experience.

It was covered under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were very good to me and I have not had a single problem with the vehicle since I drove it off the lot.
